We first stayed in Azzi about 22 years ago, as did our two daughters. It was a great pleasure to return again this year. Whilst improvements to the layout had taken place, the charming and welcoming atmosphere were the same. To be in such a secluded and characterful street, yet one that is so near to the splendour of Florence's artistic and cultural heritage, was a great pleasure. We cannot recommend it highly enough, and the fresh fruit in our room was the icing on the cake. Thank you Azzi ((again). Cedric and Jean.
This is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Florence. Just fabulous. All the people are kind and welcoming and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great antique furniture adds charm , nice and abundant breakfast, and the spot near the Duomo is ideal. I travel often and ALWAYS stay at the Azzi when I am in Florence. You can't go wrong.

Me and my husband stayed at Hotel Azzi from 28th of June to 2nd of July and we absolutely loved it!! Everything was so easy, the staff so helpful (thank you Ciara for all the help) and all so clean.
We will definitely come again to Florence - and then there is no doubt - we would like to stay at your place.

We were there during the last weekend. Our trip started with a disgusting situation in another hotel close to Hotel Azzi; they had overbooking and they found Azzi for us.
We have spent a great weekend, the place is fantastic, our room, the green one was amazing, all the people who work there are very nice, but specially the owner, Valentino, he is simply great. Thank you Valentino for treating these 3 Spanish girls that hardly could speak italian and were there to see Bruce, as good as you did!!!! you really made us feel like home!!! Sorry cos we couldn't say good bye!
Have to mention the wonderful breakfast and the great location to visit Florence!!! it is in a quiet street, very close from everything you need to visit in Florence.
Summarizing, if we go to Florence, we will never go to another hotel! We simply loved this place, and we hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Azzi. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The Opera Singer was a special suprise. I believe her name is Marina. What a fantastic and wonderful Opera singer. She left before I could give her a tip. Thanks for a very nice performance and a special way to remember Firenze!
It has been many years since I have been to Italy but to this day, the Hotel Azzi is the only residence that I remember from my travels, due very much to the owner, Valentino who was the most gracious host. The hotel itself is in a wonderful & convenient location and very affordable. I highly recommend the Hotel Azzi.
