Does the staff at Hotel Azzi speak english?
Yes, all the staff at Hotel Azzi speaks Italian, English. Some of the clerks speak french, russian.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 2 PM.
Check-out is by 10.30 AM.
Guests are free to leave their luggage at the reception desk before check-in or after check-out.
Does the hotel offer a parking area?
Yes, the Hotel offers paid parking with valet service at the rate of 20 euro per day.
Does the hotel offer an Internet connection?
Yes, every room and common area at Hotel Azzi, Marine and Anna’s is covered by a fast Wi-Fi Internet connection. The wi fi is free of charge.
Will my credit card be billed during the online reservation?
No, your credit card details serve only to guarantee your reservation. The first night will be charged at deadline of your cancellation policy (normally 2 days before arrival). See cancellation policy when booking.
When will you process the payment?
First night charge will be processed at the deadline of the cancellation policy,the balance directly at the hotel Azzi.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we gladly accept payments by Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
Does the hotel provide hair dryer?
Yes, hair dryers are available in every room. There is also a direct phone, a safety deposit box, the air conditioning, a Tv set, and a mini bar in some rooms.
Hotel Azzi is at number “56 black”: what does it mean?
In Florence there are black and red numbers: red numbers are for business (shops) and the black ones are for residence.
Hotel Azzi is in ZTL (limited traffic zone). Can i drive to the hotel?
Yes, you can drive directly to the hotel. We have the place in front of the hotel to unload the luggage (the maximum stop – 30 minutes). Upon your arrival you can give us your lycense plate number and we will send the comunication to the police. In this case you will not get a ticket.
Is breakfast included into the price? What time is it? What do you serve for breakfast?
The breakfast is not included into the price. The rate for breakfast is 6 euro per person. We have boiled eggs, ham, cheese, fresh croissants, fresh bread, jam, honey, milk, cereals, yogurt, biscuits, cakes, coffee, cappuccino, orange juice and other things for breakfast.
Do you have halfboard?
Yes, it is possible to have a halfboard in the hotel in collaboration with one restaurant near the hotel. The price is 16 euro per person per day. You can choose whether having a lunch or dinner at any time you want.
Can you help me to book the excursions?
Yes, the reception desk will help you to book the excursions to Chianti, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano and many others.
